These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
